CHARLOTTE HOWARTH. CO-FOUNDER

A sculptor, stone carver and letterer by training (London School of Art City & Guilds 1st Class) Charlotte creates or oversees the design and fabrication of all commissions, ensuring that our artworks are produced to our high standards of quality. Working in a variety of stones, her stunning carvings display a deep sensitivity to line, pattern and texture. Charlotte's work reflects the substance of stone, but it also has a sense of fun - and her understanding of light and shadow brings each commission to life. Her eye for detail helps ensure that commissions run smoothly, whatever the material, and are delivered within budget and agreed timescales.

CAROLE REICH. CO-FOUNDER

An experienced facilitator with a background in education (BEd Hons, Printmaking), and organisational and community development, Carole makes sure that the consultation process used is of the highest standard, and that the thoughts and feelings of local people are taken seriously. Her belief that everyone can be creative underpins all her work - she is committed to ensuring that local people get a chance to create something of their own. Her enjoyment in working with all kinds of materials ensures that workshops are highly creative and full of fun - but projects under her guidance are also kept on task, within the time frame and the budget.
